Pizza Factory

Always love getting pizza factory when provided at work. But recently found getting my own is just as good! Took my girl here for pizza night pickup and got our pizzas much faster than they said it'd be ready in. Killed what little time we had to wait winning some rubber duckies in a claw machine while my girl played pinball. Casual sit down space to wait or eat and very friendly staff. Made it easy to use my coupon and I'll definitely be coming back for pizza night!

We stopped for lunch and were happy to see they had a pizza buffet. They kept it well stocked with a variety of pizza. It sometimes took a bit for a new pizza to come out, but they were consistent. The salad bar was well stocked and looked nice and fresh. The price was great and the pizza was not bad. I used to eat at a Pizza Factory in Arizona when I was a kid and did not know they were all over. It was fun to get to take my kids there. We will most definitely be back. The staff was super friendly. I was greeted several times and the morale was good. Everyone was happy and it made for a really pleasant experience. It is not the best pizza I have ever had, but for the price, location, and the service it all added up to a great experience.

Was craving pizza after plowing my Driveway.Walked into the Pizza Factory notice that they had a pizza bar with a salad and was about 10 plus dollars and with a drink.It is a really great deal the food was fresh the salad was good the lettuce could be soaked in water a little bit more or have little bit cooler for crispiness besides at the salad bar was perfect.I will definitely return it was a delicious spot for something warm and quick, and filling.

We got into town and really needed some good food before settling in for our first night on vacation. The front help was new so we waited while she got some help correcting our order. The other 3 employees were making food and delivering orders. I felt bad for the staff as the front counter help left for their shift leaving a driver, a cook and a counter helper. We liked the atmosphere in the dining room, and the calzone plus salad was good. The food could have been cooked a bit longer as the vegetables were mostly raw inside the calzone. Otherwise the flavor and food was good! I'd happily return.

Great pizza but a bit on the pricy side for what you get.

I'm the kind of person who enjoys Pizza Hut, Papa John's, and other chains while also having an adoration for pizza from both Chicago and New York. Suffice it to say, I love pizza, even the occasional frozen. When I saw the reviews for this place and the sign out front claiming it was the best pizza in the county, I had some expectations. Honestly, this was probably the worst pizza I've had in a very long time. The cheese on top was oddly chalky while also rubbery, the alfredo sauce was an off flavor while also being runny and pasty. My friends ordered pasta and had similar complaints. In all fairness, the pizza dough itself was quite good, but everything else needs better quality in ingredients. In addition, I want to also give my compliments to the staff for being so friendly, but I do not recommend eating here.

From Munchies to healthy family dinner everything on the menu is yummy. Also they have some good draft beer while you wait for adults and a mini arcade style set up for the children (or those of us who are still kids at heart!😉)!

I had spaghetti and meatballs and one of their amber beers. The spaghetti is baked in it's own dish and includes two strips of garlic bread. It's was all pretty tasty and not super-expensive. My only suggestion is they make the garlic bread a little more "garlicy". Oh, and their house beer is excellent.

They quit delivering at 8 so I can attest for the quality of their pizza but unsatisfied with them cutting delivery two hours before they close.

Great place to take the whole family down for a bite to eat. All you can eat pizza at a low affordable price. If you don't see a pizza that you'd like, just let them know what you'd want and they'll get right on it. Overall great food, atmosphere, and all around great place.

Super nasty...soggy pizza. Sauce was disgusting. Wasted 30+ dollars for delivery and xlarge pizza?? Don't bother getting anything from here.

The service was good, but the food wasn't as good as the last time we ate there, the lasagna wasn't the same and the calzone was dry. I think maybe it depends on whos cooking.

Good pizza, kind of creepy, but good pizzaSo I visited here today to check it out. Coming from the east coast I was like, "how good could WEST COAST pizza be?" Well it was pretty good actually, and it was relatively clean place as you can see from my photos.The part that worried me was the lack of customers. Like, a $9 pizza buffet and the place is abandoned at 12pm on a Sunday?? Also no employees, the pizza buffet just sort of kept refilling whenever I had my back turned. But.. good pizza, clean environment, and solitude. Who cares if the employees are all ghosts? Or that the empty restaurant might be a drug lord's money laundering shop? I'll be back again next week for sure!

Every time I go in there it's excellent service. If they're quick to get the pizzas out. And it's very clean in the restaurant.

For 8.99 + tax, this was by far my favorite pizza buffet. 6 different pizzas to choose from at almost any given moment. The chicken parmesan was my wife and my favorite and my wife loved the three cheese with ranch instead of tomato sauce.

This is the best pizza place in the hole state. From a everything pizza to a pb and j pizza. Highly recommended.

They take time to accept you like family, value your business and do their best to see that you're satisfied. Plus the pizza is amazing!

The Pizza bread is incredible

Staff was great and nice, but the food was awful. I'm not the type to leave reviews but I actually had to get up and leave my meal. Frozen and poorly microwaved pasta covered in a solid sheet of gritty cheese that was like chewing on a soggy sock. If you serve frozen pasta, fine I know it's not some upscale place but good lord at least pretend! Boil it or something? The sauce was runny and unpleasant. The pizza dough was good but similar issues, weird runny sauce, weird cheese, made me feel sick. I'm sorry nice staff, but your owner needs to buy better ingredients.

Best Pizza Factory I have been to by far. Great food, staff and atmosphere. My family and I have been here a number of times and they meet or beat expectation every time.

All you can eat 11-2 with some great custom pizzas, limited parking though.

Had great word of mouth hype, but the product did not "taste" up to their reputation. Get ready to open up your wallet because they are a bit pricey. Great pin ball machine and arcade games while you wait on your disappointing food!

On a cross country trip and we're 3 weeks in. Headed for bad weather so we're hanging out in a motel for the night. We walked around the corner into this lil pizza joint... Had good reviews on google. We were the only customers in the place, they have 5 employees up front.. ordered a meatball sandwich and small chicken Alfredo pizza. Fast forward 20 mins, sandwich comes out.. flat, kinda like subway but nicer bread.. can't see the meatballs.. tastes ok at best. 30 mins in, my pizza shows up.. holy bland... Talk about grilled chicken slices out of a bag, not seasoned, thrown on some crust with a dab of Alfredo and some mozz. I've had better pizza out of a bag.. totinos anyone??? Haha. Honestly tho, I'm not sure if this is how the west coast does pizza or what.. but you're missing out!

Best pizza , great people, great gatherings

So if this place was on the east coast it would go out of business. The pizza is lackluster and way over priced. The sub I got only had 2 meatballs on it but at least that was cheap also was lacking in flavor. It was a bunch of kids working here so the service sucks. No lie we waited 30mns for a small pizza and there was nobody in here. From someone that has had the best pizza New Haven CT go some place else.

Great pizza, salads and staff !!

All I wanted was an order of spaghetti and a small salad which, after taxes and $2 tip, came out to over $20. That's pretty ridiculous and a complete price gouge. NEVER AGAIN

i remember going there all the time as a kid and i remember one of the people there wanted me to try the special new sauce, so they took me to the back and made me wear a blindfold over my face and shake the sauce out onto the pizza. i did that and it kinda tasted salty but still loved it! good food!
